The paper presents the results of in situ studies marine particles different nature using a submersible digital holographic camera (DHC) during Arctic expedition. It also describes features, performance specifications, and possibilities DHC technology. technology can be used for noninvasive automatic evaluation spatial temporal characteristics plankton, including distribution plankton concentrations. comparison quantitative analysis zooplankton net samples classification revealed that error mesoplankton at level main systematic orders was about 30%. determining data on medium, such as water turbidity, according to radiation shielding factor (degree) by Suspension taxon are presented; prospects studying size gas bubbles their volume content Bubble shown. use point estimates is considered.
